Clarification Regarding Filing of Offline Challans with IEPF Authority under Companies Act
In accordance with IEPF (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, it is mandatory for the companies depositing amounts to IEPF under Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 to:-
- Generate Challan Online Only
- File Form IEPF-1 mentioning the SRN Number of Challan (online mode only)
The Challan not generated on MCA Portal will not be accepted after 15.12.2016
New Version of e-Forms
Forms SPICe, SPICe MoA, CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-9 are likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f 7th December, 2016. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing.
