Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly. 

MCA has sought comments from stakeholders on the Draft rules for setting up of National Companies Law Tribunal (NCLT) under the Companies Act, 2013 in place of Company Law Board (CLB)

Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide Notification F. No. 1/13/2013 CL-V-part-II dated 22.01.2016 has issued the Companies (Incorporation ) Amendment Rules, 2016  bringing out changes  inter-alia, in Rule 8 (Undesirable Name), Rule 9 (Reservation of name) &  Rule 36 (Integrated Process for incorporation).
