The Companies Law Committee as part of its deliberations had invited public comments on the issues faced by stakeholders after implementation of the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. The Committee, following a due process, has in a comprehensive manner considered the more than 2000 suggestions which were received by it. Based on the deliberations, decisions have been enumerated in the Committee’s Report.

During the invitation of comments on the contents of the Report of the Committee, it is expected that stakeholders limit their comments/ suggestions on the recommendations made in one or more paragraphs of the Report, and do not repeat suggestions which have already been considered by the Committee.
