NCLT Order dated 23rd August, 2016

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has issued an Order dated 23.08.2016 whereby the format of “Daily Cause List” containing the information as prescribed in Rule 89 of NCLT Rules, 2016 has been issued. The new format shall have all the mandatory details as provided in Rule 89 of NCLT Rules, 2016.
