National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016

The Central Government has issued National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules. These rules may be called National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2016.

They shall came into force from the date of their publication in the offcial gazette.

The Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Third Amendment Rules, 2016

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has further amended the Companies (Share Capital and Debenture) Rules, 2014.

These rules may be called the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Third Amendment Rules, 2016

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

The revised AOC-04 eForm is likely to be available on MCA portal by 3rd week of Jul-2016. Stakeholders are requested to note that filing CSR details are mandatory.
