The Companies (Authorised to Register) Amendment Rules, 2016
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has amended the Companies (Authorised to Register) Amendment Rules, 2014
These rules may be called the Companies (Authorised to Register) Amendment Rules, 2016.
They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Constitution of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Central Government has constituted National Company Law Tribunal to exercise and discharge the powers and functions as are, or may be, conferred on it by or under the said Act with effect from the 1st day of June, 2016.

Applicability of provisions of Companies Act, 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Central Government has appointed the 01st day of June, 2016 as the date on which some of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 shall come into force.
