NOTICE INVITING COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT COMPANIES (AUTHORISED TO REGISTERED) AMENDMENT RULES 2016
Ministry of Corporate Affairs invite comments / suggestions on the draft Companies (Authorized to Registered) Amendment Rules, 2016.
The suggestions / comments on the above said rules along with justification in brief may be sent latest by 02nd March, 2016 through email at conv.firm@mca.gov.in.
The name, Telephone number and address of the sender should be indicated clearly at the time of sending suggestions/comments
