NOTICE INVITING COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT COMPANIES (ACCOUNTING STANDARD) RULES, 2016
MCA vide notice dated 16.02.2016 has invited comments on the draft Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2016 as placed on the Ministry’s website at www.mca.gov.in.
3. Suggestions/comments on above mentioned draft along with justification in brief may be sent latest by 1st March, 2016 through email at cas@mca.gov.in alongwith the name, telephone number and address of the sender indicated clearly at the time of sending suggestions/comments.
