The Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Rules, 2016
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified the Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Rules, 2016.
They shall come into force from date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Commencement of certain provisions of Companies Act, 2013
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified Section 248, 249, 250, 251 and 252 of Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 26th December, 2016.
