NOTICE INVITING COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT COMPANIES (INDIAN ACCOUNTING STANDARD) AMENDMENT RULES, 2016
MCA vide notice dated 16.02.2016 has invited comments on the draft Companies ( Indian Accounting Standards) Amendment Rules, 2016 as placed on the Ministry’s website at www.mca.gov.in.
3. Suggestions/comments on above mentioned draft along with justification in brief may be sent latest by 1st March, 2016 through email at cindas@mca.gov.in alongwith the name, telephone number and address of the sender indicated clearly at the time of sending suggestions/comments.
