Matters to be List before National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi

The matter related to follwoing provisions has been assigned to National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi:

  1. Section 245 - Class Action
  2. Section 379 to Section 393 - Application of Act to Foreign Companies
  3. Section 394 - Annual Reports of Government Companies

All the matter related to aforesaid provisions, if filed before other benches shall be transferred to the Principal Bench, New Delhi immediately.
