Board Resolution - Sub-division of Share Capital

This resolution required to be passed by the Board of Directors of the Company for sub-division of Equity Share Capital with a view to enhancing the shareholders base of the company and to increase the liquidity of equity shares of the Company. This is also called Stock split where the Company sub-divide one Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- per share into multiple shares say into 5 Equity Shares thereby decreasing the face value to Rs. 2/- per share.
