Terms & Conditions - Partner - Documents/Formats

By becoming partner, you agree to terms & conditions of the website including as provided herein below.

1. The Partner shall submit a Partner Application form with required details, interest areas and expertise on which he wants to contribute the documents.
2. Along with documents, the Partner shall provide the full description of the document in accordance to the guidelines/requirements of the Dokmart.
3. The Partner may contribute to the document with or without a price tag. In case the partner indicates a price tag for the document, same can be changed by the Dokmart in accordance with reasonability to increase its download and same will be acceptable to partner.
4. The documents provided by the Partner should not be copied from other places and should be free of any Copyright, Patent, IPR issues. Any documents found violating any copy right etc. shall be immediately removed from the www.dokmart.com and partner shall be liable for all legal liability/claims in this regard and agrees to indemnify Dokmart and its founder, officers etc from all such claims/damages. In such case, Dokmart shall be free to remove/forfeit all the listing of Partner on the www.dokmart.com along with withholding/forfeiting the Royalty payment, if any due to Partner.
5. Partner undertakes to update the draft on fortnightly basis and confirm the same on the Dokmart at the end of every 15 days.
6. Dokmart reserves right to add/remove a Partner without assigning any reason thereof.
7. Payment cycle to Partner shall be on monthly/quarterly basis as may be agreed mutually.
8. Partner allows the Dokmart to use the formats provided for display on the www.dokmart.com for promotions and other professional services provided through Dokmart.
9. Partner may be asked to submit the KYC details along with ID and address proof.
10. Partner shall provide the bank details along with any other documents as intimated by Dokmart.
11. Partner’s Royalty will be computed only on the net inflow to Dokmart after adjusting any referral incentive, discount, bonus points, special offers etc. as the case may be.
12. Royalty share for the Partner shall be up to a maximum of 50% after excluding the website running cost of 30% resulting in net partner royalty share up to 35%.
13. The Royalty earned by a Partner can be redeemed on reaching minimum Royalty amount of Rs. 500 or more and will be subject to deduction of applicable taxes if any.
14. In all the points mentioned here under:
    • ‘Total Documents worth on Dokmart’ signifies the sum of the selling price of all the documents, including the documents contributed by all the partners, which are published on the website.
    • ‘Total Documents worth of a Partner’ signifies the sum of the selling price of all those published documents which are contributed by a partner.
15. If total documents’ worth contributed by a partner reaches Rs.5000/-, the partner will be eligible for additional Royalty on sale of Dokmart’s Unlimited access plan, if any sold after reaching aforesaid minimum contribution threshold in following manner.

    In such situation the additional Royalty of the Partner will be calculated according to the calculations shown below.

    ^# The ratio, Y, will be calculated on the day on which any unlimited plan is sold and will keep on fluctuating based on documents added on Portal.

    4.	Partner contribution ratio as on date of sale of unlimited access plan	0.1
    5.	Royalty earned by partner on sale of one unlimited plan	Rs 336/-
    6.	Royalty earned by partner on sale of 20 unlimited plan	Rs 6720/-

    ^* Assumption: Unlimited plan price is Rs 12000/- and 20% discount/special offer is provided. (The discount/offer may vary from time to time.)

16. The Ratio of Royalty & its computation criteria and percentage can be changed any time at sole discretion of Dokmart.
17. All payment of Royalty/Referral Incentive to Partner shall be subject to deduction of applicable taxes.
18. Partner agrees that in case of any dispute, Dokmart’s decision shall be final and binding on the Partner.
19. All dispute shall be subject to courts in Ahmedabad.
