Notice of Court Convened Meeting of Creditors

This notice is required to be given to the Creditors for convening of their meeting in case no dispensation has been granted by the Hon'ble High Court after first motion petition was filed by the Company. At the meeting, the Company is required to obtain the consent of the Creditors to process the Merger / Amalgamation Application. The Chairman and Co-Chairman for the meeting be appointed by the Hon'ble High Court and their name be specified in the order for convening of Creditors Meeting.
